Axles, bearings and bottom brackets for your STRIDA: front and rear axle, hub bearings, bearing rings and bottom brackets. The aluminium and plastic bottom bracket (made for the LT) and the aluminium one (made for the 5 and SX) both fit the LT, 5 and SX; the EVO 3S has its own three-speed bottom bracket.

My wheel runs stiffly or has play.
Often a hub bearing is worn. Play or grinding at the cranks points to the bottom bracket; stiff steering or play in the frame joint usually means the bearing rings.
